Your crew is ready. Your permit isn't.
OPTIMUM PTW is the digital permit to work system that moves every permit from paper to phone, so safe work starts in minutes, not hours.
Built in Saudi Arabia by OPTIMUM Roo, a SaaS and mobile app studio.
Paper permits stop work before it starts.
Crews arrive on time, then wait for a signature, a missing certificate or a template nobody can read. Four things paper and spreadsheets cannot do:
Hold one standard
Every contractor brings its own template, so nobody compares like with like.
Move fast
Permits wait for signatures while crews wait for permits.
Check what matters
Wrong RAMS, expired equipment and uncertified operators slip through.
See overlapping work
Jobs in the same area stay invisible until someone walks in.
Do you know how much money and time paper permits are wasting on your site?
Most sites only count paper and printing. That is about 1% of the cost. The rest is people's time: walking for signatures, checking forms and crews waiting. A site with 50 permits a day loses about SAR 2.6 million a year.
Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you our free cost calculator. It takes 5 minutes.
And after an incident, the first question is always the same: “Show me the permit.”
One system. Phone on site, web in the office.
Receivers raise permits at the work point. Issuers and safety approvers sign off from anywhere. Managers see every live permit on one dashboard.
- One standard checklist for every permit type, built from your template
- Expired tools and uncertified operators kept off the permit
- Overlapping work seen by location, with linked permits
- Every action time-stamped and exportable
Built for every industry that works under permit.
Your permit types, your checklists, your approval chain.
